Nicolas Darnauguilhem, starred chef of the mythical Pinte des Mossettes, proposes a succession of dishes inspired by the place and the weather.
Conceptual, intimate, sometimes personalized and always nourishing, the meal will slowly reveal itself throughout the day/evening, just like the place, which will let the artisan's intimate movements appear or disappear in an improvised culinary choreography.
The first assortment of flavors begins at 12 pm and the second at 7 pm.
We encourage the audience to arrive on time in order to appreciate the full culinary experience.
