foodculture days
foodculture days is a platform for exchange structured around three core programmes: a biennial festival, a research residency programme and an editorial project. Its mission is to cultivate the circulation of knowledge, practices and expertise related to food.
Operating at the intersection of artistic practice, research and situated action, foodculture days considers food as a cultural, social and political field. The platform brings together multidisciplinary projects that critically examine the ways in which food is produced, shared and consumed through exhibitions, performances, public interventions, podcasts, workshops, collective cooking and communal meals open to all.
By creating spaces for encounter, experimentation and collective reflection, foodculture days invites audiences to rethink how food shapes our relationships, our communities and our environments, while fostering more equitable, sustainable and life-affirming futures.
