Return to Urmund is a concept-dining where the only ustensil you'll need is your tongue. Acrobatic tongue techniques, unforeseen and unsurpassable get worked throughout this shared dinner. Sensual enjoyment and delights will recur.
During the last day of the festival, the traces left by the dinner experience are exposed to the public. The color of the food and the ceramic forms blend together into something unique, new and voluptuous, that strangely remember the "tableaux pièges" of swiss artist Daniel Spoerri.
Inspired by an essay by Peter Kubelka (The Editable Metaphor), Carpe Orem is a collective of four women who offers an artistic meal in which each guest can rediscover his son Urmund (primordial mouth).
