Inways of sharing is an edible installation by Margareta Jüngling that questions the way we engage with food and its countless social, environmental, and cultural entanglements. In inviting the guests to partake of this buffet and to collectively break it apart on the occasion of foodculture days’ opening, Margaretha Jüngling aims to open up new ways to connect not only with food but also with each other.

Margaretha Jüngling honed her culinary knowledge during her three-years tenure as Chef de Partie at the prestigious restaurant Relæ in Copenhagen, as well as in different kitchens in Thailand, America, France, Mexico, and Japan. Upon her return to Zurich, Margaretha worked on a diverse array of culinary projects, and successfully ran the seasonal restaurant, Stazione Paradiso in Zurich, as well as Bistro Muzeum Susch.
Today, she engages with edibles as a medium and as an artistic material. Currently studying at ZHdK (Transdisciplinarity MA), she uses her embodied knowledge to question and explore the entanglements of edibles. Through her practice, she follows their chemical compositions, traces their biological data, questions their symbolisms, and explores their cultural histories. Jüngling shares her research in formats of speculative dinners, collective eating and cooking experiences, oral-aural performances, edible fantasies, and giveaway bags.

She will be accompanied by Carla Boregas (BR) and her sound intervention Entre duas vilas : Water Entanglements.
A fluid form sonic entanglement. Inspired by the waters of the Lac Léman, Carla will interweave sounds produced, recorded and collected during her recent residency at La Becque, together with other artist's music that inspire her practice, as a way of celebrating the unseen and the connections between human and non-human beings.

Carla Boregas is a Berlin-based Brazilian musician and sound artist. Time, space, memory and water are recurrent and intertwined themes in her work, building sonic scenarios moved by an invisible force where the sensation of presence and discovery lies between density and delicacy. She works across the spectrum of composition, improvisation, performance and sound installation. Since 2013, Carla has been a very active figure in the Brazilian music scene and abroad involved in several projects : the genre-bending group RAKTA, the multidisciplinary duo Fronte Violeta, the ongoing duo with percussionist M.Takara and the Berlin festival Radical Sounds Latin America (as a curator). With her solo and collaborative projects, Carla toured intensively throughout Europe, North and South America and Japan, with main performances and commissioned works presented at Donaufestival (AT), CTM Festival (DE), Rewire (NL), Pop Montreal (CA), Roadburn Festival (NL), Primavera Sound (ES), Festival Novas Frequências (BR), Festival Música Estranha (BR), Grauzone (NL), Supersonic Festival (UK), NRML (MX), Copenhagen Jazz Festival (DK) and MUTEK (CA) .
In 2023, Carla released her debut solo album called “Pena ao Mar” on the Swedish imprint iDEAL Recordings.
