Repas des oiseauxMarie Bergé | Aziadé Cirlini

(CH)

Lunch, Dinner, Local Cuisine, Slowfood, Food Activism, Degrowth, Territory, Seasonality

Every Friday and Saturday as well as one Sunday per month, Aziadé Cirlini and Marie Bergé cook together for the Café des Argiles in Vevey. They are interested in committed, local, and seasonal cuisine and as a duo they develop a gastronomic exploration centered around hospitality and inclusion but also ecology, degrowth, and anarchy.

For foodculture days’ biennial, they take over the kitchen for a day to offer lunch and dinner in the continuity of their culinary, social, and environmental commitment.

About our nettles, our irresolutes and companion species.
Play on words, indecipherable maps, take off and blind tasting: you will eat what you’ll compose.
Is it a plate, a talk or a tote?
The birds welcome you in their nest of ghosts and fun.

Passionate about vegetal, herbaceous and wild cuisine, Cirlini decided to live and experiment with gastronomic catering while studying art at HEAD Geneva.

Bergé has been serving people for 15 years. Even if the creativity of her art studies and her passion for philosophy are not apparent at first glance, her quest for a creative community structure is her priority: art of the everyday in constant search.
