Observe, understand, enjoy and take part in a fermentation process that unites the world of fungi and plants.

Domingo Club is a playground for tempeh fermentation. They seek to demystify the practice of fermentation and to teach about its benefits as well as the power of fungi, building tools for everyone to do it at home for the good of our lives and our planet.

In this workshop, you will learn how to grow mycelium by fermenting tempeh in a special necklace designed for this purpose. The process takes a couple of days and uses your own body heat. The workshop will be thus divided in two parts: first the preparation and, 48 hours later, the cooking and tasting.

Proudly wear a growing mycelial network before enjoying a delicious bite of tempeh, observe its growth and understand its values in an intimate and delicate way.

The workshop will take place in two parts: during the first meeting, the artists will present their approach to the public as well as the basics of fermentation and tempeh. The second meeting will take place 48 hours later, for a moment of cooking and tasting of the tempehs. All the participants get to keep the necklace they've used for the fermentation. Places are limited, registration required.

Domingo Club is an initiative by Maud Bausier and Antoine Jaunard, a Belgian creative duo settled in Barcelona, Spain.

Their respective backgrounds ranging from design to digital fabrication, electronics, programming and biohacking as well as their growing common interest in the practice of fermentation and the world of fungi have led them to found Domingo Club in 2021.

Since then, they dedicate their practice to the benefit of our health, our communities and our planet. Their current focus is on an open-source fermenter, a device that promotes plant-based proteins and open-source tools to design a resilient and transparent future food system.
